1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Team Metamorphosis are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in specific cases of error or duplicate transactions (see below).

2. Duplicate or Error Transactions

If you believe that a donation was made in error or if a duplicate transaction occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review the case and, if verified, initiate a refund to the original payment method.
